It does what it’s supposed to do nothing extra I have had this printer for a year now. In my opinion, this printer is a multifunction machine for an affordable price (Not really opinion just a fact). I have had no trouble with the scanning feature although I have only used it twice in the last year. The printer makes clear visually appealing prints which means it’s cheap and does what it’s supposed to. I was a little disappointed when I realized it didn’t come with the needed usb to be able to print but when I called for the reasoning Cannons argument made sense. Most people do have old printers or an access of multiple cables to use since they are universal and they did not want to drive up the costumer costs for a cable that most people don’t need. In that case I’m willing to suck it up. I bought a cable for less than $5 and my problem was solved. The installation was simple and after not using the printer all summer I was afraid I would have some kind of trouble. Actually I did have a problem it wouldn’t print! I opened the…

Buying Printers Because They’re Cheaper Than The Ink . . . . Update 11/10/13: I’m adding this short update in the beginning of my review to clarify two things about this printer that many people were concerned about in reviews of it at other websites. One, it is not a wireless printer. Two, it does not come with a printer cord that connects the printer to your PC. Printer cords tend to be universal, however, and chances are good you have such a cord if you have at least one other printer. If not, try or or .
